There is a compulsory International Postal Tracking charge to Italy on ALL orders .This is priced at £4.95 GBP as set by Royal Mail. This is due to the increasing large number of misplaced packages by the Italian Postal Services.

On any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values.

Delivery Times:
Once your order has been accepted, orders are usually shipped within 12 hours -3 days.Items are all sent via Royal Mail in UK and Air Mail overseas.
Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Payment Methods-Online Payments:
All Major Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted securely using Barclaycard Visa. (We cannot accept American Express via our "Pay Via Credit/Debit Card" facility..Sorry!)
Please note: We do not hold any Credit Card or Debit Card information on our database-all payments are 3D secure and directly between you and Barclaycard Visa.
Paypal Checkout is also accepted. All cards accepted and also payments via Paypal accounts.

UK Only:
If you are resident in the UK, we can also accept payment by personal UK Banking Cheque, UK Postal Order, Bank Money Transfers and Cash. Please contact us at the email address below for further information.
Non UK / Overseas:
We accept Bank Money Transfers (items will ONLY be shipped once payment has cleared). This will incure a small fee as the bank charge us to recieve Bank Transfers. All Bank Transfer payments must be paid in £ GBP.
Cash is also accepted in € Euros only. Please contact us at the email address below for further information.
Sending Cash Via Post-UK And Overseas:
We will only accept cash sent through the post only when previously agreed.
We will happily reserve your wanted items for a period of 5 days only, or until your correct payment arrives. If no payment arrives after this holding period, the items be unreserved and put back up for sale.

Grading Guide:
While we try to be as honest about gradings as much as possible, its a minefield when it comes to getting it right…one persons “MINT” is another persons “EX”.
We always check all items visually and if any surface marks are apparent that we may have doubts as to playing defects, we play and check for faults…if there are any faults, we will not sell it -simple.
